Amazing customer service This is the 3rd vehicle we have bought from Lakewood and they go above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle and work with me. They're patient and understanding and are more then willing to go the extra mile. If I end up with a 4th vehicle it would definitely be from Lakewood.
Service of equinox Awesome service as always. Was met at the door, helped me transfer my groceries to my sons car, and provided very prompt service. All issues were addressed and we were notified.

Service was awesome! Had my Traverse in for oil change, service to my mirror engine, and a rip in one of my leather seats. Great service with a smile I have been coming to Lakewood Chevrolet for about 8 years now for servicing and to purchase new or new to me vehicles. I have yet to have a bad experience. I'm always greeted with a smile and everyone is always so friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a vehicle or for anybody looking to service their vehicle. It doesn't even have to be a Chevrolet either.
Friendly Our experience buying a new vehicle was very enjoyable. We actually just came in to look but talked to Curtis and was not pressured in any way and came away with a new vehicle. Also talked to Dan Bass and felt good about the service we received. Great dealership!
