[Personable\knowledgeable Over the years I have found the staff at Lakewood to be very helpful, personable and approachable. It is obvious this is a top management down approach when folks like Kerry Russell and Paul Hrynew take the time to step out of their offices to say hello and make sure you are being looked after. Above and Beyond!! Everyone who helped me buy my car was really nice and friendly. Not only did they get me a great deal but when I had fan problems with my used car less than a year later they fixed it for free. It would have cost me 2000 dollars if they hadn't which I couldn't afford and I'm so grateful for what they did. I'm really glad I went there and I would absolutely recommend them to someone who is getting a car. The service was amazing!

Good experience Carmen was both very easy to deal with, as well as extremely professional. Made for a positive car buying experience. Small "glitch" day of delivery was dealt with by both Carmen and Justin and resolved fairly before I arrived to pick up the vehicle.
Check engine light As soon as I pulled in the service writer was roght there to help and after he explained everything to me. He came to me, I didn’t have to look for him.

Excellent I received excellent service from Sean Simon and Manita Bains at Lakewood. Sean was straightforward, listened to my requests, made them work for me and didn't pressure me into something I didn't need or couldn't afford. Manita was also helpful in explaining everything with my contract. I will pass along the good news to anyone I know that is looking for their next vehicle.
