[Personable\knowledgeable Over the years I have found the staff at Lakewood to be very helpful, personable and approachable. Above and Beyond!! Everyone who helped me buy my car was really nice and friendly. Not only did they get me a great deal but when I had fan problems with my used car less than a year later they fixed it for free. It would have cost me 2000 dollars if they hadn't which I couldn't afford and I'm so grateful for what they did. I'm really glad I went there and I would absolutely recommend them to someone who is getting a car. The service was amazing!

Good experience Carmen was both very easy to deal with, as well as extremely professional. Made for a positive car buying experience. Small "glitch" day of delivery was dealt with by both Carmen and Justin and resolved fairly before I arrived to pick up the vehicle.
Check engine light As soon as I pulled in the service writer was roght there to help and after he explained everything to me. He came to me, I didn’t have to look for him.
