excellent although not very experienced, excellent service and help from Breanne Prince. She went out of her way to get me the information I required when I needed it. Even on short notice.
Services Work Experience Lakewood service department was able to get me in on short notice as my warranty was running out. No waiting for an appointment sometime in the future. Explained my Service needs to James, who correctly captured them in the work order. One item was even diagnosed in the service bay with James and Corey Bates. Purchase of 2017 Suburban We were thrilled with the professionalism of all the sales people we dealt with at Lakewood. We were not sure if we were even going to buy a vehicle and we went in just to have a look. The staff did not press us or badger us at all - in the end, it took us over a month to make up our minds and we did not feel at all that we were wasting their time. An overall excellent experience!! No Hassel Experience I arrived for a scheduled appointment to look at a new truck with Sean Simon. I was late and not even sure if the dealership was still going to be open. Once i arrived, Sean went out of his way to ensure I would get an opportunity to deal on the truck even though their was other interest in it. Good deal and good service I walked in after I have already done my homework thinking I will be negotiating the price way too much. Vince showed me several trucks based on what I wanted. And I ended up selecting a truck with better features. They were great at giving me a great discounted price and the entire process went smoothly and with the atmost transparency.
No Pressure Relax and No Pressure dealership. I never felt like they were selling unnecessary stuff I don't need. Does not charge you any other fees unlike other dealership that will charge you a lot of extras. Breanne Jim and Tammy has been very accommodating, helpful and easy to deal with. It is also very convenient that they can register your newly purchased right from the dealership.
Absolutely amazing Carmen was nothing but amazing. As soon as I entered the lot She came out and helped me chose the best fit/car for me. Very friendly and actually took the time to get to know me and my family. I truly appreciate all she did to make me feel very comfortable in this very difficult process. Manita was very helpful and made the process run smooth.
