Great customer service Vince was the first salesperson I dealt with looking for this latest vehicle that was honest and straightforward. He did not try to convince me into purchasing a vehicle that I was not totally satisfied with. When asked the purchase price and payments he offered this information and informed me that Lakewood Chevrolet does not have multiple add-on costs that other dealerships do.
Excellent service from the start Vince was incredibly patient and helpful. In the end he must have had 7 to 8 keys in his hands as I wanted to see different models and packages. I visited several dealerships before and Lakewood definitely stands out. Great service from everyone involved in my purchase!

Used Truck Amazing to deal with, Great prices!!! Everyone eas great to work with I was from out of town and they had everything lined up so it didnt take me all day to drive home with my truck.
Service Department The service department is a 10 plus. We purchased a 2014 Silverado and take our vehicle there for any oil changes or service that may need done. We deal with Service Adviser Dan Boulet only as it gives us that one on one personal service. I can call him at any time just identify myself by first name only and he knows which vehicle I am calling in relation to without me telling him.
