Recently had some body work performed at Lakewood. Rob and Recently had some body work performed at Lakewood as a result of a tree falling on my 2004 Silverado Diesel ( which I purchased new from Lakewood ). Rob and Tracy and their staff were absolutely excellent in their work and assistance! Very happy with their work and treatment of my needs! Services Work Experience Lakewood service department was able to get me in on short notice as my warranty was running out. No waiting for an appointment sometime in the future. Explained my Service needs to James, who correctly captured them in the work order. One item was even diagnosed in the service bay with James and Corey Bates. They explained to me in very understandable terms what was happening and it was normal. They also said they they would also have the tech look it over to be sure. Purchase of 2017 Suburban We were thrilled with the professionalism of all the sales people we dealt with at Lakewood. We were not sure if we were even going to buy a vehicle and we went in just to have a look. The staff did not press us or badger us at all - in the end, it took us over a month to make up our minds and we did not feel at all that we were wasting their time. An overall excellent experience!!
