"Great Friendly Service" I recently purchased a new Malibu from Lakewood Chev. dealership. I did not go in expecting to purchase a new vehicle thinking it was more than I could afford. Josh Para, the sales rep took the time to explain all the options and was never pushy. He went over all the details with me and made sure everything worked on the car. Servicing my 2016 Chevy Colorado Was helped immediately when entering the service department as well as got my truck fixed within a weeks times, including the part I needed. Everything was efficient thanks.
Friendly and prompt service I brought my Uplander van to change the widshield and James help me out to make it sure that it will be done on time. He wasn't there at that time but he ask other service guy (Dan Boulet) to make the job well done. This service center attend to customer needs and they are very friendly. I recommend this centre to customers. By the way their shuttle service driver named Doug is so nice and friendly too. He make sure that he drop and pick me up on time.
unusual grinding sound when backing up Car made unusual grinding sound when backing up. Upon my arrival, my car was assessed for problem. It was a tiny, tiny, tiny pebble lodged between the tire and the brake pad. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. No charge. As always, excellent, cheerful service and repair!
excellent The sales staff were amazing!!! Cindy Mowez and Jim Bell were great they explain and make sure I am happy with my purchase. The best thing is the follow up by Cindy about how I like my new Car she really cares about the costumer.

Great salesmen We bought a 2016 suburban (Demo). I dealt with Sean Simon online and bought the Suburban over the phone. He was excellent to deal with, no typical salesman lines just straight facts. The only thing, was with our trade in I thought we were getting full price for our trade in but when I drove down to pick the SUV up there was left over money owing on my trade in.
