AMAZING customer service Erika Hygard is always amazing to deal with in the service department along with her other team members. My 2012 Equinox broke down Sunday night and she had my car in the shop first thing in the morning and communicated all the details to me in a timely manner. Great Transaction Sean and the team a Lakewood got me the vehicle I wanted at the aggressive price I was willing to pay and the transaction went fairly quickly and smoothly.
Always taken care of! I brought my Cruze in for its semi annual oil change and they discovered several leaks and other issues, they had me in a rental less than an hour after my car went into the shop. Dan even helped me move my car seats out of my car into the rental, so nice of him! They were so quick and let me know the problem and fixed them all by the next afternoon. Always friendly and and great to deal with. My baby is fixed and driving like a dream again. I will never go anywhere else.

Great service took my 2005 Chev Impala in for servicing and was given the royal treatment from start to finish including the complimentary shuttle to and from work. All staff are friendly and courteous and made me feel appreciated.
Great service as usual I took my 2011 Equinox in for an oil change and to fix a service warning light that came on. Erika was outstanding as usual, very professional, kept me informed at all times what was happening. I always have excellent service when I come to Lakewood Chevrolet.
As always another exceptional experience at Lakewood This was my 5th new vehicle purchase at Lakewood Chev in 8 years and each time they went above and beyond to make me happy. While I had a couple different sales people over the 8 years I have to say say Josh was the best. He bent over backwards for me regardless of how demanding I was. Tammy in finance was an all star as well. Great team work to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I'd be lying if I said I won't be back.
