Great service took my 2005 Chev Impala in for servicing and was given the royal treatment from start to finish including the complimentary shuttle to and from work. All staff are friendly and courteous and made me feel appreciated.
Great service as usual I took my 2011 Equinox in for an oil change and to fix a service warning light that came on. Erika was outstanding as usual, very professional, kept me informed at all times what was happening. I always have excellent service when I come to Lakewood Chevrolet.
As always another exceptional experience at Lakewood This was my 5th new vehicle purchase at Lakewood Chev in 8 years and each time they went above and beyond to make me happy. While I had a couple different sales people over the 8 years I have to say say Josh was the best. He bent over backwards for me regardless of how demanding I was. Tammy in finance was an all star as well. Great team work to get me into the vehicle I wanted. I'd be lying if I said I won't be back.

"Great Friendly Service" I recently purchased a new Malibu from Lakewood Chev. dealership. I did not go in expecting to purchase a new vehicle thinking it was more than I could afford. Josh Para, the sales rep took the time to explain all the options and was never pushy. He went over all the details with me and made sure everything worked on the car. Servicing my 2016 Chevy Colorado Was helped immediately when entering the service department as well as got my truck fixed within a weeks times, including the part I needed. Everything was efficient thanks.
Friendly and prompt service I brought my Uplander van to change the widshield and James help me out to make it sure that it will be done on time. He wasn't there at that time but he ask other service guy (Dan Boulet) to make the job well done. This service center attend to customer needs and they are very friendly. I recommend this centre to customers. By the way their shuttle service driver named Doug is so nice and friendly too. He make sure that he drop and pick me up on time.
unusual grinding sound when backing up Car made unusual grinding sound when backing up. Upon my arrival, my car was assessed for problem. It was a tiny, tiny, tiny pebble lodged between the tire and the brake pad. Within 15 minutes I was back on the road. No charge. As always, excellent, cheerful service and repair!
