helpfulness of dealers Vince was very helpful with everything. The staff that we talked to were there to help but not in your face. We did not feel that we were pressured when buying the vehicle , they went above and beyond our expectation and would buy another vehicle from them again.
Great Dealership I have been bringing my car into Lakewood Chevrolet ever since the Saturn dealer closed - first with my Saturn Astra for servicing and now with my 2014 Sonic. I have alway dealt with Erika as my Service Advisor and she is fantastic! She always addresses any concerns. I have no doubt that the other Advisors are good as well, but Erika is my go-to person.
Excellent Experience My 2012 Chevy Cruze broke down so I took it to Lakewood where I bought the car in the first place. Had the pleasure to deal with Dan. He understood my situation as I did not live in Edmonton anymore so he sped up the whole process and got my car fixed in just a matter of days where it could have taken a few weeks to get it done. They needed to put a new engine in my car. My overall experience with Lakewood was very good and thanks to Dan.
Amazing Cindy is a super awesome sales person respected everything that I asked and delivered in full!!!! As well as the dealership being Rey clean and wicked !!
Awesome Experience This was my first experience buying from a dealership, and it couldn't have gone better! AMAZING customer service Erika Hygard is always amazing to deal with in the service department along with her other team members. My 2012 Equinox broke down Sunday night and she had my car in the shop first thing in the morning and communicated all the details to me in a timely manner.
