great service on the weekend On Saturday morning while leaving the city my 08 Tahoe began to sputter and jerk with all kinds of messages popping up on the dash board display. Purchased a 2017 Traverse I can say I had a positive experience with this dealership from the first phone call till I signed for the vehicle. Cory Ostafischuk (manager) answered my call first, he worked hard to try and find me a vehicle with the options I was looking for. A very pleasant and efficient process. I went into Lakewood with my daughter with the express purpose of looking at the Spark. I am building a cottage in Ontario and left my much larger Orlando there for summer use. I found my truck.. This was a excellent experience. Sales department was very knowledgable. the finance dept. was very nice. The purchase was effortless on my part. My wife even found the luggage rack bars for her Equinox in ur parts dept. I was on the road in just over an hour. Back to BC. I drove 720km and still had 1/4 of the full tank I left with. I took 73 litres of feul. That's like 9.8 l per 100km. Awesome value.
used car experience My experience at Lakewood Chev, was great, I was met by Mike as I got to the door, and he asked me what I wanted, and in 15 minutes, I was test driving the vehicle I bought. My overall experience was not stressful, and no pressure. Mike made sure I knew where everything was on my new car, and I was introduced to staff in other parts of the dealership. Mike was very professional, I would recommend Lakewood Chev to anyone, for the positive experience I had. I am very happy with my new purchase.
Great experience I purchased a vehicle from Lakewood and worked with Linda Desjarlais. She was great to work with and very friendly. She made sure that I purchased a vehicle that fitted all my needs. A couple days after I purchased the car I had a minor issue that needed to be fixed. Not only did Linda have the car repaired right away, she gave me a loaner to use in the mean time and did not charge me for anything. The whole staff was great and would recommend them to anyone!
Loss of Air to Rear Suspension The staff in the service department were great. The service advisor (Erica) took an actual interest in my problem to try and solve it. She made a Friday appointment for me in order to ensure the problem was looked at sooner than later.
