Chev Colorado I had an excellent buying experience. Jim was very helpful and informative. He worked with our busy schedule and found a deal that worked for us. Manita was also very good in Finance, no extra pressure to buy anything, but thoroughly explained all the options.

Customer more than commision I was looking for my car for myself. I walked into Lakewood Chevrolet and talked with Ahmad. I told Ahmad my preference price range and model. He helped me to search in new inventory and did some test drive. Then he helped me look into the used inventory and found the car I finally choose. Happy new truck owner The folks at Lakewood were super friendly and accommodating throughout entire buying process. All of my concerns were acknowledged and/or addressed beyond my expectations. When it was all said and done, I left the lot looking forward to my eventual return.

Happy Customer Vince was awesome Never Pushy, I almost made a deal on the same vehicle at another dealership I didn't like my sales person at all I phoned Vince asked if they would make the same deal , within an hour deal was made! I was never made to feel rushed or any of the questions or concerns I had were a waste of his time! Manita in Finance was awesome as well I'm from out of town and we did most of the paperwork and deals over the phone and everything was ready to be signed sealed and driven away in less than an hour... read more

Happy Customer I have always gotten great service from the staff at Lakewood, especially Erika. Any concerns I had were efficiently dealt with immediately, and with a smile. When we decided to buy a new vehicle we decided to purchase a new version of our previous car (Equinox). I give all the staff I have dealt with high kudos. I know that I will be taken care of at Lakewood. I love our new vehicle!

Very friendly and professional I have given the dealership the rating that I did because they were very helpful in the process of chosing the right vehicle for me and making the process involved as painless as possible. Since I am not located in Edmonton and lots of the back and forth conversations were done over the phone. It was nice to deal with a team that was friendly and patient and professional to answer all my questions and to get me the vehicle I wanted and a great price on it.

Drove in for service Drove in was looked after immediately by Erica,found out what was wrong and they fixed water pump leak on warranty and was $30.00 less than estimated. Was out of there in 2 hours very satisfied.

He was attentive, a great listener, knowledgeable in every way. Not being rushed, he spent time to explain things as I had many questions. I'm very pleased with his help in advising me with all the details involving in purchasing a new vehicle. Also Erin was a great pleasure to deal with. Higly recommend.
