Very friendly and professional I have given the dealership the rating that I did because they were very helpful in the process of chosing the right vehicle for me and making the process involved as painless as possible. Since I am not located in Edmonton and lots of the back and forth conversations were done over the phone. It was nice to deal with a team that was friendly and patient and professional to answer all my questions and to get me the vehicle I wanted and a great price on it.

Drove in for service Drove in was looked after immediately by Erica,found out what was wrong and they fixed water pump leak on warranty and was $30.00 less than estimated. Was out of there in 2 hours very satisfied.
Respectful professionals I recently purchased a vehicle at Lakewood Chevrolet. I was dealing with Mike, and was immediately impressed by his professional approach. He was attentive, a great listener, knowledgeable in every way. Not being rushed, he spent time to explain things as I had many questions. Excellent in every Department Starting with Sales I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership & have had excellent service! My salesman was Greig Titmarsh who was knowledgeable, helpful & never pushy. It will be just a matter of time until I buy there again. This is by no means the closest dealership, but they take such great care of their customers! What is advertised on their website is exactly what you will find 👍🏼

Great experience! I purchased a used 2014 GMC Terrain through them this weekend that just passed, and I have to say I am quite pleased with my experience with them. Linda was my sales person, and she helped me get pre-approval for my vehicle right away with the help of the finance manager of course, but they both did such an amazing job, seeing as I had to drive 4 hours away to get this thing, they made the experience worth every penny, and my time.
Great people Friendly and eager to accommodate. Fast and accurate with different finance options and terms. I went in to see a used Jeep Patriot. It was too noisy and sluggish for my tastes. They set me up with 2015 Chev Equinox at a good price.
