Customer more than commision I was looking for my car for myself. I walked into Lakewood Chevrolet and talked with Ahmad. I told Ahmad my preference price range and model. Happy Customer Vince was awesome Never Pushy, I almost made a deal on the same vehicle at another dealership I didn't like my sales person at all I phoned Vince asked if they would make the same deal , within an hour deal was made! I was never made to feel rushed or any of the questions or concerns I had were a waste of his time! Happy Customer I have always gotten great service from the staff at Lakewood, especially Erika. Any concerns I had were efficiently dealt with immediately, and with a smile. When we decided to buy a new vehicle we decided to purchase a new version of our previous car (Equinox). I give all the staff I have dealt with high kudos. Very friendly and professional I have given the dealership the rating that I did because they were very helpful in the process of chosing the right vehicle for me and making the process involved as painless as possible. Since I am not located in Edmonton and lots of the back and forth conversations were done over the phone. It was nice to deal with a team that was friendly and patient and professional to answer all my questions and to get me the vehicle I wanted and a great price on it.

Drove in for service Drove in was looked after immediately by Erica,found out what was wrong and they fixed water pump leak on warranty and was $30.00 less than estimated. Was out of there in 2 hours very satisfied.

He was attentive, a great listener, knowledgeable in every way. Not being rushed, he spent time to explain things as I had many questions. Outstanding As always , the staff goes the extra mile to make sure they get you the best deal possible , the girls in finance are very understanding and knowledgeable about there jobs .
