Great Service Experience It is almost three years I have been bought an Equinox from Lakewood Chevrolet, in starting I was not satisfied with the service department dealing, but after I encountered with Erika Hygard, I never had any problem, and she makes every service experience relaxing and satisfying. The professional and trustable employee like Erika Hygard builds up the reputation of the organization.
First new truck The customer service here is amazing. They all took the time to explain everything about my new truck from setting up the on star to all the financing options.
Great Honest Service with Fair pricing No shadiness here! I have had some negative experiences in the past, and some recently as well, with car dealerships trying to take advantage of me. Lakewood chev did anything but that. I got a great vehicle for an amazing price and they gave me exactly what I requested for my trade-in without trying to find ways to barter with me. I am a happy customer and will definitely come back here the next time I or my family needs a vehicle!!!

great service on the weekend On Saturday morning while leaving the city my 08 Tahoe began to sputter and jerk with all kinds of messages popping up on the dash board display. Purchased a 2017 Traverse I can say I had a positive experience with this dealership from the first phone call till I signed for the vehicle. Cory Ostafischuk (manager) answered my call first, he worked hard to try and find me a vehicle with the options I was looking for. A very pleasant and efficient process. I went into Lakewood with my daughter with the express purpose of looking at the Spark. I am building a cottage in Ontario and left my much larger Orlando there for summer use.
