Excellent Experience, extremely friendly and help staff I have been dealing with Lakewood for 2 or 3 decades I always find there staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good expeience. First time dealing wirth Lakewood. Staff very accommodating and easy to deal with. Hope the car works as well as the staff. First time leasing a vehicle. Found the process overly long and heavy on paperwork. Is it not possible to streamline?
Enjoyable Had a great time buying a car from these guys. The whole place felt like a comfortable environment. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly! We had a great time laughing and getting to know each other over the course of two days. Great experience overall.
Purchase of 2017 Equinox Premier We went to this dealership to look for a deal on the 2017 Equinox. We purchased at this dealership in 2009 and had good service and expected more of the same. Everything went well and we purchased a new vehicle.
Enjoyable experience Very professional, knowledgable and friendly group of people. All my questions were answered and they were great in getting us exactly the vehicle that we wanted. My only complaint is that I was offered Tim's coffee because they said their own was not so great.I completely and respectfully disagree. It was as great as everything else.
Positive Experience with a Flare of Mexican The sales team that worked with me, were great at listening to what type of car I was looking for. They helped me find the car that I was dreaming of and that best suited me. Josh, my sales associate was informed, efficient, positive, always available to help. It made the car buying process a very good experience. The salsa music was a nice touch, in the showroom.
The only dealership I ever want to deal with I usually hate all things car dealerships, but lakewood has been so amazing I will be buying chevys and servicing them there for as long as I am able. They treat me with respect and especially treat my time with respect, I always know what it going on with my vehicle and that they are working hard for me. Love lakewood.

Above and beyond We chose Lakewood based on our previous experience purchasing my husband's truck. And we were so glad to be back. I made an online inquiry and soon after had a follow up. I appreciated the email contact as it was easier for us and our schedules. They were very accommodating to the fact we didn't have loads of time to spend at the dealership with a 2 and 5 yr old.
