Positive Experience with a Flare of Mexican The sales team that worked with me, were great at listening to what type of car I was looking for. They helped me find the car that I was dreaming of and that best suited me. Josh, my sales associate was informed, efficient, positive, always available to help. It made the car buying process a very good experience. The salsa music was a nice touch, in the showroom.
The only dealership I ever want to deal with I usually hate all things car dealerships, but lakewood has been so amazing I will be buying chevys and servicing them there for as long as I am able. They treat me with respect and especially treat my time with respect, I always know what it going on with my vehicle and that they are working hard for me. Love lakewood.

Above and beyond We chose Lakewood based on our previous experience purchasing my husband's truck. And we were so glad to be back. I made an online inquiry and soon after had a follow up. I appreciated the email contact as it was easier for us and our schedules. They were very accommodating to the fact we didn't have loads of time to spend at the dealership with a 2 and 5 yr old. 4th Vehicle from Lakewood - Simply the best place to buy! I had been shopping for a new Truck for a couple of weeks and had stopped at some other dealers who are now closer to home. None of those Dealers have the true passion to take care "my" needs the way Team Lakewood always has. Just browsing I went in to get an idea of what I was looking for, and left with a new car. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. My sales person was Ben Klak and he was very nice and helpful! Christina was also a joy to work with and handled my financing quickly.
Great service! Great car! Loved my experience at Lakewood Chevrolet. It was quick and painless ;) Linda and Jacob make a good team - they have a good sense of humor and offer straight forward discussions and negotiations. Unfortunately, they didn't give me the car, but Manita did a great job to make that transaction go smoothly. Very professional and friendly service, I recommend anyone to give them a try.
