Visiting my great aunt We were met by Nicole when we exited our vehicle. She asked what we were looking for and described the vehicles strengths as she gave us a tour of the truck. Trade in and offer came off exactly as expected. Erin took very good care of us in finance and managed to get us $1300 + refund on our extended warranty. We picked up the truck on Saturday. Beautiful day and was locked out of my Camaro.. I would like to say the service at Lakewood was amazing. I was frustrated because I had the day off and the sun was out and a Camaro sitting in the garage. James walked me over to the parts department and within minutes Darren had my new key and on my way home. Thank you guys!
Average nothing special Struggle to get vehicle in stock on time, over all the experience was ok but nothing fantastic. If I were to go with Chevy again I would probably try another dealership. After I committed to the deal I was offered a lower price for the same car at another dealership, Lakewood wouldn't match the price as I had already accepted the offer but not signed any paper work for financing or received the vehicle yet. Not impressed with that but the sales men was great to deal with.
Out of town customer. I was travelling to Edmonton from northern Alberta and experienced some vehicle trouble. The service team at Lakewood fit me into their schedule and completed the work quickly and professionally! Thanks to Cory and the tech who worked on my vehicle! I would recommend this dealer to anyone.
Great people to deal with! I came to Lakewood Chevrolet knowing which truck I was interested in. Upon arrival I was greeted very nicely and got to sit down with Sean right away. Everything was straight to the point, yet very easy going, they were willing to listen and put together a plan that worked for ME. Throughout my buying experience not only Sean but everyone from sales to management to financing was extremely good to deal with. I will definitely come back here in the future!

I'd buy from Lakewood again! I texted this dealership because they had the highest rating in Edmonton. I'm glad I did because they worked hard to beat the price I got at another dealership and with a better truck! They sent me a customized walk around video and stat sheet! They even flew me in and picked me up at the airport in my new truck! 5 Stars! Ask for Sean Simon.
