In and out same day with my new 2023 Tahoe . .only issue was they lost the wheel lock tool and I didn't receive it for 2 weeks . My mats that come with the vehicle didn't arrive until 3 weeks later. Day of purchase went smoothly..I would still recommend this dealership even though there were a few issues after purchasing my new vehicle
