Jaimee is the best advisor I have worked with at Lakewood, she explains everything in great detail as to how long the work will take and offers a shuttle ride home or the option of waiting in the customer lounge. If anything unexpected comes up, she alerts you right away. She is super friendly and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Very happy with Lakewood’s workmanship and especially wi the Jaimee’s assistance!

Booked my car in for a repair. James took great care ensuring the job was done and an additional item to check was fixed. James fixed an error in billing. Have bought 2 vehicles from Lakewood and would definitely recommend them.
