Jaime is taking care of my car as an advisor with helpful assistance. She explained the importance of replacing parts or repairing as well. She also gave some information related to maintenance. Jaimee is the best advisor I have worked with at Lakewood, she explains everything in great detail as to how long the work will take and offers a shuttle ride home or the option of waiting in the customer lounge. If anything unexpected comes up, she alerts you right away. She is super friendly and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. Very happy with Lakewood’s workmanship and especially wi the Jaimee’s assistance!

Booked my car in for a repair. James took great care ensuring the job was done and an additional item to check was fixed. James fixed an error in billing. Have bought 2 vehicles from Lakewood and would definitely recommend them.
