Great dealership, even better people! I recently purchased a 2016 Cruze, this was my first brand new car so I was a little nervous and wanted to make sure I got a good deal that I was happy with. Great service in service I had to bring my Cruze back in after a free oil change compliments of GM (was very happy to receive a free oil change) because there were a couple repairs that needed to be done. (repairs were under warranty so this was also no problem) What I was concerned about was getting it all done in time for a meeting I had scheduled with a client. Dwayne Lucas said it would be done in time and he delivered. Thank you Dwayne and the mechanics doing the work.
Best experience with my kids!! At Lakewood Chevrolet you get the best service. Staff is there to help you and make sure you are satisfied with the results. People are very welcoming as well and were very patient with my children.
Cruze Purchase Everyone who assisted us in purchasing my vehicle was very professional and helpful. They seem to work as a team which was a good feeling. A couple days after my purchase there was a customer appreciation evening which was awesome and incredibly informative - made me feel comfortable in bringing my vehicle back for oil changes etc. All the staff through the customer appreciation were VERY knowledgeable and long-term employees - which we found have a lot of expertise, confidence and experience - hard to come by... read more
