Purchase of my new Cruze If it wasn't for Ben calling me while I was stuck in traffic I would never have Considered a new vehicle. My experience with Lakewood Chev was an awesome one had a lot of laughs and good conversation in the time I was there and walked away with the vehicle I always wanted.
Fantastic Vehicle Buying Experience The purchasing and pick up experience was as much a social event as a buying event, very professional without pressure, and we shared a few laughs along the way. Great team, definitely recommending this dealership.
I'd buy from Lakewood again! I texted this dealership because they had the highest rating in Edmonton. I'm glad I did because they worked hard to beat the price I got at another dealership and with a better truck! They sent me a customized walk around video and stat sheet! They even flew me in and picked me up at the airport in my new truck! 5 Stars! Ask for Sean Simon.
A Great experience Working with Chris and Danny to find the vehicle I was looking for, was so easy! Negotiations were quick and easy, and they came to the table with a great price right out of the gate. They were more interested in getting me the vehicle and accessories that I needed for my work and family life, as opposed to trying to up sell me on vehicles, accessories or services that I did not require. A great vehicle that came with an enormous disservice. I'm leaving my original review here intact. The situation was fully corrected. I'd buy another vehicle here, if they had one I wanted, but I wouldn't start my searc here. I flew to Edmonton from Montana to purchase exactly the vehicle I wanted, and got a fantastic deal. So at ease, made it a great day to buy a new vehicle! My very first time buying a brand new vehicle so was feeling quite nervous and worried about making the right choice, even though I had other vehicle makes I was considering . But with Artur, felt totally at ease. Not pushed into anything you don't want. Listened to what I wanted. Very helpful. Explained most everything well.
