Quality of Service I have had to have a number of service jobs done on my old Equinox, and the service has always been excellent. I have since purchased a 2016 Trax from you, and follow-up service has been excellent.
A Great Experience Stopped in just for a test drive of the Equinox and Traverse. I've Been thinking of getting a new vehicle since last fall. Fell in love with the Traverse and with 20% off the top took sometime to look at the options and which model. Did my homework and decided to go for it. A Pleasant Experience Went seeking a new to us vehicle for my wife. Was looking for something that had space, but wasn't too huge and on a limited budget. Quick efficient excellent customer service Jim Bell made my experience at Lake Wood Chevolet an excellent one. I initially contacted him over the Internet and came in to meet him and check out a truck. I avarice late with my 15 month old son in tow, and he still made time for me. Bought an Equinox We had a great time working with Nicole, she was very easy to talk to deal with. It was actually the fastest car buying experience we've ever had. And it was nice to have a woman sales person as I felt like she was trying to sell to both of us instead of just having someone talk mainly to my husband about my future new vehicle.
