Easy going and comfortable experience I met Sean at the car show on April 9. He took the time to get to know exactly what I wanted and needed. I felt that I was being heard. Wonderful experience! First of all I have always driven GM but never dealt personally with Lakewood. My husband has and always is happy there. From the start working with Dan Bass (friendly,inquisitive ) once they narrowed it down to my needs Lucky helped me,, product knowledge extraordinaire!! My new Camaro +I stopped at Lakewood just before closing time one evening to have a look at the new Camaro's. Jim Bell was the salesman that answered my questions. He took down the info on the exact car I was looking for and got back to me the following day, he had a couple of options for me and I got the car I was looking for. The whole experience was great
Quick, Friendly and Organized Really enjoyed the relaxed environment. The sales people weren't pushy and they were very knowledgeable. Staff was accommodating and polite. The renovations in the dealership are really great!
Went well Was greeted promptly work done when promised. Found a hose leaking and replaced it along with a pinion seal. All went well. Will come back.
