Excellent Buying Experience at Lakewood I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Lakewood. I felt comfortable and really appreciated the casual atmosphere without the aggressive sales tactics. Lucky was amazing to deal with. He listened to what I wanted and did what it took to get it. The customer service was unbeatable. Awesome Sales Group/Dealership (Five Stars!!!!) Lakewood makes the process of buying a New Vehicle so easy. It was awesome dealing with Raelaine being so friendly and informative. Very friendly easy to talk to and not pushy. Everyone is very helpful and Jim replied to my email for pricing of my vehicle in a timely manner and followed up with a phone call. Overall very happy ending up at Lakewood over some of the others I visited. I will recommend this place to others.
Great so far. :) Carl was great to deal with. Finance dept were very patient while i shopped around for best rate, and than they beat bank rate by a full % point. Cant speak to service dept as i have only had vehicle one week. All in all...great experience. :)
