Great all around service This is the second New Truck I have bought from this dealer, and I will not deal anywhere else. The Staff is Professional & Friendly at the same time. I travel 4 hours while driving by 3 other dealerships to deal with the team at lakewood they cant be beat!
Excellent Service provided By Erika I have been dealing with Lakewood dealership from last 1 and half years... I got disappointed in starting with some employees there because of their service but during my last visit I was amazed the service I have received from the staff. Great, personalized service The crew at Lakewood went above and beyond getting my brand new 2015 Colorado sorted out for me after it was broken into less than 2 month's since I have been driving it. They cleaned all the glass out of the mechanical and the fabric. Everything that needed to be replaced was done in a very timely fashion, once they had the parts. It is great being back in my new truck again. Thanks James and Cory!

First oil change, best oil change. I purchased my new Sonic from a different GM dealer and didn't have the best experience. The first dealer is quite far away from my home, so I looked for the closes dealership that could become my new go to. Lakewood was incredibly pleasant on the phone when I spoke to them, super helpful. The same for when I came in to the dealer. Everyone was smiling and polite, and even finished my oil change early.
