First oil change, best oil change. I purchased my new Sonic from a different GM dealer and didn't have the best experience. The first dealer is quite far away from my home, so I looked for the closes dealership that could become my new go to. Lakewood was incredibly pleasant on the phone when I spoke to them, super helpful. The same for when I came in to the dealer. Everyone was smiling and polite, and even finished my oil change early. Focused salesmanship Jim took into account my needs in what I was looking for in a vehicle and dealt with the sale in a timely and professional manner. All the staff were courteous and strived to make the experience a smooth process. I appreciate having the resources available to have my vehicle looked after even after my purchase. Overall a very positive experience.

Great place to shop! This is the most awesome and friendliest dealership in Edmonton that we have visited so far. Always checking if someone is helping us and would we like something to drink, etc. This is a place that after you buy a vehicle they really do remember you on your next visit. Purchase of new Malibu Found staff and management easy and delightfull to deal with. Made the purchase smooth and completely comfortable. No undue pressure to purchase. A great way to deal on a purchase of a new vehicle. The staff overall at Lakewood over the years is the main reason I keep going back.

A great Chevy team @ Lakewood! We have nothing but good things to say about the folks at Lakewood. All personnel that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. Most importantly however was their willingness to listen as to what we were looking for in a vehicle. Blaine and Dan found the vehicle with the things that we wanted and because we did trade our old vehicle in were willing to negotiate a fair deal that worked for both of us. Good experience purchasing the car, It was ready on time. I have less than 1000 kilometers but so far everything works perfectly. Everyone was friendly and everything was done and on time that was agreed upon. So far it has been a good experience.

Sold me on a Chevy Rob Galarneau knew my budget and worked hard to find me a vehicle that fit into that budget. The Silverado that Rob found for me had all the options I was looking for plus a few extra bonuses. I couldn't be happier!!
