Fantastic, Friendly, Knowledgable Service from entrance-exit I just finished a car buying experience in Edmonton and visited at least seven different dealerships from April to August 2015 before making my selection. Great People and Team! The whole experience was more like hanging out with a friend than buying a vehicle. Rae doesn't deal in BS, and she's one of the warmest people I've met in a long time. I never felt pressured, but I always felt like Rae was truly listening to what we wanted and she didn't give up until she found it. I bought my first car here in 1994 and I'm glad that we went back to Lakewood for this one!
Fabulous staff and service!! We experienced the best service we have had when purchasing our vehicle! The staff are friendly, knowledgable and make you feel like family! Customer service is obviously a priority from the credit department to sales and management they all went above and beyond! We would not hesitate to recommend Lakewood to friends and family!

Without a doubt I'll be back From the time I walk in, to the time I drove out of the dealership. Helping break the stereotype! Lakewood took the frustration out of negotiations. All to often dealerships reinforce the stereotype of the "car salesman", and with Lakewoods openness and general care for the costumer they helped dispel that stereotype.
