Lucky to the rescue The people at Lakewood will go out of their way to satisfy their customers. I had a malfunction with my interior fan the day I left for vacation and didn't have time to bring it in before work. So I called my sales consultant, (Lucky Uppal) and told him my situation. He came to my work place, picked up my truck, fixed it , and returned it just in time for me to leave for my trip
Very Happy with sales personal, there honesty and dedication The sales personal ( Lucky ), service ( James ) , finance ( Alliese ) and even the Management (Cory & Rick ) where excellent to deal with. I would recommend the dealership to anyone and be confident they also would have a great experience. Satisfied return customer This is my second vehicle purchase from Lakewood. Jim Bell found a vehicle that met my needs and we were able to put a deal together that I am very happy with. Jim, Corey and Rick all worked hard to ensure that I was satisfied. Also an added touch was a seminar put on by their various department heads explaining how the service, parts and body shop operate and their customer focussed approach. I would highly recommend this dealership.
We just keep coming back to Lakewood Over the years have leased three cars from Lakewood and now just purchased a 2015 Impala. Jim Bell was a very patient sales person, no pressure and we appreciated that. All the staff we dealt with were very informative and helpful. We were impressed with orientation night and feel confident that we will be taken care of should we ever have any problems with the car in the future.
No pressure cooker here! A very relaxed and friendly dealership to deal with. No pressure of any kind from Josh was applied or from any of the staff we dealt with. It was an enjoyable experience just chatting about our needs in a new vehicle and having Dan suggest what would vehicle would suit that need. Once decided the vehicle of our choice was found and brought into the dealership to finalize the purchase, very satisfied with the new 1500 Silverado. Thanks for pleasant experience!
No beating around the bush, bottom line straight forward! I would recommend Lakewood Chevrolet to any one! The entire staff is great to deal with. They are all relaxed and just want you to be happy with what you are purchasing. The thing I liked the most is there was no pressure of getting you into something out of your budget.
