Great service and they treat you very nicely. We have deult with Lakewood Chev before and they treat you very well. Luckie and Dan both treated us like royalty . I took my car to Lakewood Chev Olds to have an oil change. The service is unlike any other. No matter what I need to go in for I feel like i’m well taken care of and I never worry about my vehicle. They are quick to help, and will not stop until they fix it. Customer Satisfaction seems to be #1. I will continue to buy my vehicles there as well as service them. 7 start service Erika was super friendly, helpful and did not try and up-sell the situation (oil & filter change). I have always owned GM vehicles and have lived in various cities between The Maritimes and Alberta, in turn I have been to many different GM dealers for vehicle service and Erika is by far the most efficient I have ever met. Service Department I have taken my 2012 Tahoe in for all servicing and warranty work. A problem developed recently at 61,000 km, with the air suspension system and it appeared that some parts were not covered by the extended warranty. I explained my interpretation of the warranty and it's exclusions, discussed it in an e-mail with the service manager, Paul and Lakewood stepped up and agreed to work with me on this problem. very pleasantly suprised We found that staff were very accommodating and helpful. we have purchased 2 vehicles in last year and the staff and experience was so superior my wife wants to switch from VW to GM for her next car.
