I took my car to Lakewood Chev Olds to have an oil change. The service is unlike any other. No matter what I need to go in for I feel like i’m well taken care of and I never worry about my vehicle. 7 start service Erika was super friendly, helpful and did not try and up-sell the situation (oil & filter change). Service Department I have taken my 2012 Tahoe in for all servicing and warranty work. A problem developed recently at 61,000 km, with the air suspension system and it appeared that some parts were not covered by the extended warranty. I explained my interpretation of the warranty and it's exclusions, discussed it in an e-mail with the service manager, Paul and Lakewood stepped up and agreed to work with me on this problem.
