Wonderful experience! From the beginning I was treated with respect and great service. Nora explained the financial side of the purchase to me, making the different options available very clear. Jim was wonderful helping me with the trade of my old vehicle and the decision on which new truck was the best fit for me. Overall it was a very good experience, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I will be returning in the future for service and eventually another new vehicle!

Fantastic! I was having issues with my car a few months ago and took it to a different dealer, just because it was a little bit closer to me. I will NEVER make that mistake again. Service Work Done Erika went over and above to make sure that my experience was very favorable. My car had to be there over two nights, and she personally gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. She also made sure that I could get back to the dealership from my class two days later. My experience on purchacing a new 2015 Chevrolet Trax My families went to another dealer firstly that day, but left bad impression on the salesperson there, as they wish we check if the price is within our budget, otherwise they won't show us the cars they have. then we went out and saw the Lakewood Chevrolet nearby and received warm welcome and sincere reception by their sales, and we finally decided to trade our old car with the new 2015 Trax in 2 hours.
Fast, Friendly, Knowlegable I first went to Lakewood to purchase a Sports Car, the Staff was very friendly, knowlegable and provided a fun atmosphere you dont always find at a car dealership.
