Fantastic! We recently purchased our second Chevy truck from Lakewood. The customer service from start to finish is always exceptional. We dealt with two different sets of people for both transactions and everyone was great this time and the last time. Both times our salesmen (1st time-Ryan Kelly; 2nd time-Jeff Garner) were professional and very helpful with any questions or concerns we had, and knew the product really well. We would recommend Lakewood to everyone!
2nd time customer, still as good as first time I bought my first vehicle from Lakewood back in 2008. The experience was very professional so when it was time to upgrade there was only one place to go. Chris and the guys in the used area were very helpful both in helping me choose a vehicle I liked and showing me there are always options for getting the deal done. Everyone from the dealers to the service department were very kind and friendly.

Very smooth and non stressful This was my first experience buying a new vehicle and the staff at Lakewood made it easy for me to understand what I was getting into and therefore took a lot stress away from me. 2015 Colorado I was really interested in the new 2015 Colorado and at the time Lakewood didn't have any in stock that I was able to test drive. Corey went out of his way to find one that had all the options that I wanted and was able to get it brought in from another dealership. Much happier with service at Lakewood. For a first time buyer the service offered by lakewood's team was wonderful. Found a truck that worked within my price range and ended up buying said truck. Cheri was a wonderful associate and she ensured everything went well and that I was completely satisfyied when I left.
