Best service EVER Everyone I dealt with at Lakewood went way above the expected! Erika in service was beyond kind and sympathetic while remaining professional. She gave me the news that my beloved "Jackson" (99 Cavalier) had some pretty severe problems. She put me in touch with Lucky who drove a car to my home and we then took it for a test drive. New 2015 Colorado Ryan Kelly sold me an Equinox in 2011 and he's the reason we purchased at Lakewood Chev again this year. He's the best person to deal with in business and is a great guy all around. This is the best Dealership in Edmonton This dealership is the best, I did not buy my truck from them, but they treated me like I did, I came to them with 3 separate warranty issues 1 was major and they handled all of them and some I was not even aware of. No pressure, but still friendly I went to many dealerships over a period of 7 months looking for my first car. Dylan Farrell was by far the best salesperson I came across in the last several months because he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or try to pressure me into making a decision. Everybody on their team was helpful and courteous.
