Wonderful customer service I had an absolute wonderful experience with their service department. I had to get an out-of-province inspection and had been told the night previous by the shop I had booked in with that they were unable to do it. My insurance was switching over the following day and I drive with my job so I was desperate to get it done that day. I had Erika the service advisor and she advocated to get the inspection done. No BS, No Pressure I purchased my 2014 Chevrolet Silverado from Lakewood. I had never been to Lakewood prior to purchasing this truck. My first impressions of the dealership were that the staff I dealt with were professional and efficient. Informative My fiance went looking for a new car on Monday morning and I took my new car home Tuesday evening, you may think fast is not always best when dealing with buying a car but with Lakewood Chev and my sales agent Corey I had all my question answered and left feeling completely comfortable in my new car. Quick and convenient service! I received a recall notice in the mail and Dan was able to book me in a time frame that worked around my schedule. I found Dan very friendly, knowledgable and he was able to make it so my recall was performed quickly while I had lunch and got me on my way with minimal inconvenience. I would definitely recommend Dan and lakewood's service department to my friends and family.
