Pleasantly Surprised Unfortunately at 96,000km I took my motor out at highway speed when it lost oil pressure suddenly. As a Motor Mechanic of some 40 years I was pretty sure what happened but somewhat apprehensive when dealing with shops other than my own. I wasn't even sure of the warranty procedure as I perform all of my own scheduled maintenance and had never had this type of experience. Excellent Dealership My experience with Lakewood was nothing short of excellent. Everyone from Services, Sales to Management were very helpful. Corey in Sales went through my whole new vehicle with me, must of spent two hours and was very patient. Not knowing a whole lot about the new gadgets in these new vehicles, Corey had no problem explaining everything. Awesome dealership I am very pleased with te experience I had purschSing a vehicle at Lakewood chev. They helped make my experience easy and smooth. Answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. They went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle I wanted. I would definitely go back there for another vehicle. I have already been recommending this dealership to family and friends.

Always offer SUPER fast service. We have had our vehicle in numerous times under warranty. Not very happy with the vehicle but the service I get from Lakewood is impressive!! Well done!

Friendly and professional My experience with Lakewood was great. Everyone in Sales (Used vehicles) was very friendly and with a good sense of humour. Got me back on the road in time for my planned trip. Love Erika, she's always positive and gets right down to business. She even came out and wiped the snow off my car when I discovered mine was missing. Won't hesitate to go back or to recommend them friends and family.

Made the whole process very easy! A BIG thank you to Lucky who made purchasing a new vehicle after my accident very painless! He was fantastic! He answered all of my questions, provided me with all the information I would need to make the purchase simple and made sure I was completely happy in every regard. The financing department worked very fast and within the same day I was approved!
