Have used Lakewood for over 20 years and have always had good service. This was my first time working with John after having an engine malfunction light come on when starting the car although was able to eventually start the car. Drove to Lakewood and John advised he would have a tech check on what may have occurred. Was able to look at it later in the day and felt that they were able to determine what occurred and corrected the problem. So far in the past 10 days have not had the problem reoccur so assume problem was fixed.

Awesome dealership great people to Speak and deal with , a group of people who make you feel welcome and make you feel At home . I would buy another vehicle from this dealership it’s with the one hour drive to get there .

My last visit at Lakewood was my first interaction with John Burke :my situation was stressful as i have many commitments that i couldnt do without a car Everything turned out so well as i was ubbered,and given a rental. John was very efficient and friendly a had a sense of humor. Thank you for helping this senior.

I was very impressed with everyone that I dealt with at Lakewood. From my first phone call with Brenda, I immediately felt like I was being taken care of. When I arrived at the service department, Josee helped me right away, and I didn't have to wait more than a couple of minutes to get a shuttle ride. Doug the shuttle driver was a gem. I appreciate that everyone's personality came through quickly, in my short interactions with them. I will be back for sure!
