This was my first service appointment for my 2022 Chev Equinox. My service adviser was excellent. He answered all my questions, was very helpful and polite. Also was able to pick up my vehicle as requested.

Dealership itself seems active and busy. The finance lady was great to work with - can’t recall her name right at the moment. Our salesperson-Kaydon Nicholson, was absolutely outstanding and provided one of the best purchasing experiences we’ve had, and we have both had numerous vehicle purchases.

Took my Blazer in for regular service, Josee always greet us with a smile and was very helpful and nice during the whole experience. Also kept us updated on what is being done with the car as well. Very good experience with Josee, been having her as my Service Advisor a few times now, always very good.

This is the second time I've dealt with Josee Larson and both times have found her to be very knowledgeable. She has that welcome smile on her face when she greets and once I dropped off my Equinox Josee made arrangements to get me a ride home which only took a matter of a few minutes before my ride arrived. Josee is truly a professional in her field of work and Lakewood Chevrolet has always provided excellent service for me.
