Great ! Went into Chevy to discuss trading in my current Chevy Trax and had Josh help me out. He was awesome, he spent 3 hours going over the process or trading in a car, and showed me some newer vehicles along with a test drive . I was very indecisive so he even let me take the vehicle home for the night. He was not pushy, or rushed which made me super comfortable to ask questions and take my time . Definitely will be going to him again when I’m ready to upgrade .
The Best Dealership Ever!!!! We found a vehicle on line and called the number. There was a friendly voice on the other end named Rhonda, and I can not begin to tell you how easy it was to talk to her! This was the smoothest transition we have ever experienced!! Amazing experience! I was out and about looking for a vehicle with my uncle who suggested Lakewood Chevrolet. Upon coming in I knew the exact vehicle I wanted. There was no games trying to convince me to get into something else. I originally thought I was going to buy a used Chevrolet Trax when my uncle suggested looking at a brand new one.
