First off I was looking for a place that I could get the stuff I needed for my pets so I didn't all the time have to go to the vet for it. Which I'm not knocking them down, I just love my vet, it’s just can't see going there every month and paying for her flea medicine more than I can get the same thing for less somewhere else. These folks are great - not only do I get my dog's expensive meds for Cushings cheaper than at the vet's office, they are hands-on helpful. Plus, they follow up with a phone call to let me know the status of the Rx. I know I can call them for anything and a very friendly, helpful voice will take care of me. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!
My order of Azodyl (needs refrigeration) was shipped overnight and delivered on time. The price was the best online, and I was kept informed of the status of my order.
