I am beyond frustrated with the lack or organization in the Pharmacy. My pet has refills and almost every month they cant seem to locate the refill request which in turn causes huge delays in my order. I spoke to a manager who assured me it was taken care of and my meds would be Fed Ex to my house Saturday and OF COURSE, NO MEDS ARRIVED! My dog needs her Cushing's meds... Thanks for nothing!

I use to talk about and recommend LV highly. Lately however my orders kept coming later and later. The last time I called and got what I assumed was an answering service. The young man, Ryan, was super sweet and tried to connect me with lady on call but she was not available. He said he would pass on the message and have her call back. Awful. They will allow you to place an order, pay for overnight delivery and then refuse to ship until they speak to you on the phone. I live in a rural area and do not have phone service. I have it shipped to my business for convenience. Now I will have several days delay and they didn't even offer another option. I have never had this problem with any other business, all which will accommodate by receiving scripts by fax or email. They should have this policy written on their website.
Paid $13 for 2 day shipping, they took the money but day 4 still no product. Suppose to arrive on day 5. They did not respond to my complaint. If I knew they couldn't deliver I would have ordered elsewhere. Will never deal with them again. They should be refunding my money for 2 day shipping and they choose to ignore the problem.
Ordered on Fri. 2day shipping to be delivered on Tuesday. In what world is that 2 days???
