Unfortunately you do not stand behind your products and service. I ordered vaccines and shipped them over night. They did not arrive overnight. They arrive in 2 days. When I email you ti ask about a refund or replacement. I was basically told to bad. Well that was $252.00 of too bad. I will not be ordering anything from you again.

Never got my order please return my money
If I could go negative stars I would. This company scams people! I paid for overnight shipping and my order didn’t ship out for 7 days! When I asked to be refunded after talking to a million people the vp Tammy took my call. I have never heard such a horrid rude person before. She wouldn’t let me speak and by the end of the conversation that she hung up on she refused to refund and recalled my already shipped order. Saying how she didn’t need of want my business. I paid EXTRA to have my package shipped over night, received it 4 days later. Shipping cost more than the item I ordered. I will NEVER use this company again!!
