We drove about 8 hours to trade-in our 2019 Acura RDX for a 2021 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 Coupe ( a hard to find color). The exterior paint was chipped, scratched and the front right corner looked like it had a brush with another vehicle or object. Obviously we could have walked away from the deal and in hindsight probably should have or renegotiated the price. Overall the folks were good to deal with, could have been a bit more transparent regarding the exterior.
Service department is great. I had to spend a significant amount of time waiting for repairs, but the excellent facility and my service technician (Yujin) made the experience very pleasant. Thanks
