What happened to quick balance widget??? This latest update is horrible.
Cell phone app is horrible. Every time I try to log in I get a snapshot but the app kicks me out to view transactions. So frustrating
No more immediate transfers from internal accounts? What’s the point? Why is my money being held internally when I am moving from checking to savings? Your banking experience just tanked!
This new updated app is terrible! It made me change my password and when I tried to put in my social they locked me out of my account for days!!!!
I liked the idea of changing the format, but this new version has become terrible. If it’s not being able to login, it’s not being able to manage accounts/make transfers. I understand bugs come with new updated apps but this has been an awful experience
I tried creating my new mandatory password and every time I try the app says there’s an unexpected error. Can’t get back into my online banking.
It’s alright but who did they hire to code this? A 12 year old? It’s hit or miss when it wants to work.
The new app is horrible!! Cannot pay my credit card through the new app. Used to be able to transfer money to pay the cc now nothing!!
How can you roll out a major update without testing it? Screen flickers and app crashes. Managed to change password as mandatory, but then nothing. Flickers and crashes. Useless!
