It appears the Checking and Savings account history are responsive and use the phone’s full screen but the credit card history page STILL stinks and is just an old web page cramped into the upper left corner of the phone’s real estate. In order to view my account I have to pinch and scroll like the app was written prior to the development of mobile devices. Every question sent to their support has gone unanswered. Horrible support and clearly this app is not a priority.
Before the update I was able to seamlessly pay my loan with an external bank account on the app. Each time I do after the update, it freezes. It's inconvenient.
I prefer the old app, the latest update seems to lack the two things I use most on the app -account balance & transaction history.
With the new system upgrade, I can no longer deposit checks from my phone. It’s very inconvenient and has made it harder for me to deposit my weekly paycheck.
When I call for help it takes way too long to help me. Plus I can’t stand hearing the same message over again and again while I’m waiting! Can’t you play music instead!
Never used a worse app in my life. Can’t pay bills on it. The whole credit union is a joke. Partners systems don’t align, can’t pay through them either.
Your portals are stuck in the 90s! My joint account only allows my spouse to change passwords! Seems like a severe security issue to make a couple share a password for their joint accounts. And I can’t see my kids accounts either. I’m new to LMCU and never had these issues with my other banks.
Some releases this gets better, now it is worse again. I’m not sure why it can’t just accept the picture that I am framing. I have to constantly try different backgrounds, distances, etc to finally get it to accept back and front. I do not have this problem on other mobile banking apps for mobile check deposit. Please fix this.
Mobile deposit is frustrating. Landmark entities don’t communicate, eg mortgage.
