They introduce a new app that requires you to reenroll. Doing that is impossible because it says all my info is incorrect. What a joke. Maybe test it a little before you launch.
I am unable to get anything accomplished on the app because it continuously keeps crashing. I like the new layout but it is useless without being able to use more than a minute or two.
You must have a bad IT that it takes a week to upgrade
Ever since they updated my app with the latest and greatest, I have had nothing but issues. My transfer $$$ button is gone and I have to have my husband do any transfers; I can’t log in this am with my face or log on info. Very weird things. This is after resetting everything. Fix it!
What’s the point of having overdraft protection if it’s still gonna put you in the negative in the app doesn’t do a good job at making sure it’s how when you’re in the negative and it likes to pick and choose when I wanna go and overdraft you guys like to tell me when I’m zero dollars but don’t tell me when I’m in the negative please tell me how that makes sense
More often than it should be is the app not working. Giving the same message of “we’re unable to display your account information at this time. Please try again later.” Yes my app is up to date.. just to many bugs with it. And of course it’s always at the exact time I need my account info.
By far the worst automated system on the globe. Plan on wasting a bunch of time with a whirlwind of stupid info and questions.
It is difficult to eit is arduous to even make a payment
This app constantly fails. Check deposits are difficult compared to my other bank. I also can’t use the bill pay option on this app. Every time I try I get kicked out of the app. The web version works fine but doesn’t fit my phone well. And now I can’t even access my account for the past 2 days. Wish this app worked better!
