Unable to share my bank statements
it gives me an application error when i try to transfer money
I used to love this app. But the camera is blurred and will not allow me to take a picture for a mobile deposit. I have tried it with several devices so I know it’s not a device issue. It’s so frustrating to not be able to get technical support with walk in lobbies closed.
The new update is awful! The change in format looks like garbage, it’s way harder to read. Before the update I loved this app, it was clear pleasing to the eye. And not it just looks terrible.
I LOVE landmark but the fact they do not offer a way to turn your card off from the app is a huge turn off. Every time I have misplaced or loss my card, I’ve had to scramble around and pay phone tag with them trying to get my account frozen. Also would be nice if the app offered notifications when purchases occur. I know a lot off other banks off this, so I most likely will be going to a new bank in the future. Do better.
Some days when i get paid, every time i log in it gives me an application error, i try a few times, get frustrated, and give up. Currently i haven’t been able to see my account information for 12 hours and i just got paid, i need to know my balance so i can figure out my finances and what i owe for bills and what i will have left over. I also tried logging in on my laptop, it’s telling me my information cannot be displayed at this time. I wish I could do negative stars. But anyways, I think it’s a great app because it’s easy to use and understand. My favorite thing about it is that it tells you how much you have and also tells you how much you will have with a pending transaction. Well, that happened with me where it took out a pending amount and told me how much I would have left after it was approved. Unfortunately you are not able to use the app to transfer into another landmark membership account or external accounts. Or even have other landmark accounts you are under, where you can transfer into those. They need an upgrade, other credit unions can and landmark can not.
