This place there service is terrible I purchase a 2016 Ram pro master two weeks ago i was told that my vehicle will be delivered within 2 days time going to two weeks now I have not receive my vehicle. I was told that the van needed to service and it have minor issues that’s why I couldn’t drive the van home same day.. every day is another story they giving me, this is very frustrating I payed cash for the vehicle..

I travel over two hours to look at this vehicle and arrived 20 minutes before they closed, they stayed until the sale was complete.

I was told the 2015 Chevrolet Sonic Lt Sedan was a great car in great condition and it was priced at $7,200. I called and tried to bargain the price I got it down to $6,900 and thought I got a decent deal. I was buying the car for a girlfriend (Cash in full) so when I gave her the money to go pick it up there were scratched on the mirror, the entire inside smelled like someone urinated on it, there was something on the stay and a few other issues. The truck was in terrible condition and it wasn't what the ad explained about it.
Diamond Lt contacted me and I immediately felt like I was dealing with a low end used car dealership. Only one pic was posted of he vehicle I was interested in so I requested a few more pics and that never happened. It was easy to tell they are just trying to close each deal as quickly as possible and move in to their next victim...customer I mean... This is just a low end used car dealership owned by another dealership. I admit I didn’t waste my time driving to see the vehicle after I read a few of their reviews.......
Would not send me pictures of vehicle and after a few emails back and forth have not heard from them since. Very interested in one of their vehicles but wanted to see more than one pic of it before going to look at it and they wouldn’t do that. Very disappointed.
Bad Business avoid at all costs! I had such high hopes for this company. It all started on Saturday the 7th when I called Diamind LT, which is also owned by Lara's Trucks. I spoke with Mary who promised to send me pictures on the truck I was looking for. I called her at 11:43am, 12:45 Pm, 2:33 PM, 4:41 pm, 6:15pm and finally 7:48pm.
