The representative was rude as if he was annoyed by my questions. He didn't answer any of my questions concerning the vehicles flood damage listed on the Carfax report. I would definitely not buy from this dealership.
Very bad. Got angry because I asked if he would negotiate on car they where selling. They said leave a phone number and they would call me back to no avail, tried 3 more times and still nothing. The sales had and India accent and refused to give his name. Beware
Advertising misleading! When I spoke with dealership was informed that vehicle's mechanical had not been checked. Why list if vehicle was not ready?
I live in South Carolina.... Over 200 miles away.... I had an appointment to test drive a truck at 11:45.... At 11:32 they called me and told me the truck had sold the night before.... But the worst part is, I had a friend contact them because the truck still shows on their website and they contacted him and told him the truck is still available and they have scheduled him for a test drive.... Contacted the dealer to get pictures of the interior, they responded with pictures of a very similar truck. Same year, miles, and color, but with very different options outside....no lift kit and no after market wheels. When I asked if she had sent the correct pictures, why the truck pictures she sent were of a different truck, she never responded again. Even after I still expressed interest in the truck she sent pictures of. I feel the ad posted was misleading.
Had us drive from NC just to BS us when we got there, my credit was approved no problem. They gave me good trade in values on my card but upon arrival,,,, the truck I was looking at here was all scratched up, rims missing pieces and on the way down after driving 4 hrs they called and said the truck wasn't ready,,, check engine light was on and other warning lights,,,, all this after approving me the day before and they set up a purchase appointment the following day for me. Contacted the dealership about a month-and-a-half ago about this car and I was told that it had a check engine light on and they were going to do a smoke test on it and check back in with me when the problem is corrected but I never heard back from them at all and I called in twice to check in on the car and it still wasn't fixed already and it just really wasn't a good experience and didn't get a lot of information on the car and just left me hanging it on your phone down and I was actually going to purchase the car
Horrible with communication. I called made an appointment. Once I drove an hour to get to them. The sales rep stated they sold the car.
Do not go to this dealer. Bait and switch city. Then, I found a truck that I was interested in (even though the bumper and grill were cracked and the engine compartment was rusted all to hell) and they tried to up the price on my by $1000 when I looked at the contract that the sales rep tried to keep out of eyes distance. If you like getting screwed, lied to, and ignored when youre on the lot, then you'll love Laras Trucks.
