They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and all questions answered and addressed. Rene was fabulous to work with. AND love my new car!!! 5 stars (plus)
I didn't get the vehicle but the experience was not bad.
The salesman was not overbearing or pushy.
Went there and all the cars were gone in the same week. Looks like they are going out of business. I didn’t trust spending my money here. No cars but still trying to sell one. Not the way a real company does business.
Dealer contacted me about viewing this vehicle, so I agree to go see the vehicle & immediately left to go view & possible purchase the vehicle (1 hr drive)! Got there, waited in the lobby, finally approached by another dealer, and told vehicle was sold ...no apologies for my time!
I called and called on several occasions, I was getting the run around, always an excuse why my call was never returned, ended up going to a different dealership to purchase, HORRIBLE customer service!!
I purposely went by the dealership for an impromptu surprise visit to check on the vehicle. To my surprise it's currently being driven daily by an employee(s) so the mileage will surely be different and not as advertised. Plus they could at least keep it clean on the inside if your going to ride on it like that. I realize dealers pick a vehicle and are ar liberty to drive it as they please..... but this sends up a red flag in my book. Either that or it's been sold and if that's the case I will change my rating.
Trying to buy truck but the sales guy will not sale it to me because they are using it as a loaner truck, so they would rather lose a sale that on them for missing a sale
The Ford Transit van that was advertised on CarGurus was not the van Lara’s Trucks advertised. They advertised a good running van and assured me it was in good working condition. The van was not running and waiting on parts. Ultimately it took 3 weeks for them to refund my money. The long length of time was they avoided my phone calls due to me being five hours away in the next state. My advice is to only purchase from Lara’s Trucks in person. Once they have your money, the communication gets very bad.
