Ask what the chatge will be first! I had a toilet with a worn gasket between the toilet bowel and flush box that was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called Larkin and set up an appointment. The serviceman called me an hour later and told me what time her would be there. He showed up on time and was clean cut and pleasant.
