Your employee Bob was very pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.
Didn't give up when we couldn't find the drain-out. Fair price.
He fixed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, including how to avoid these plumbing problems in the future. He also checked to make sure my water softener was working (it was). Not knowing much about softeners, he could easily have sold me a softener I don't need (but he didn't).
Kurt Ellis did a good job evaluating the problem with our disposal. New unit was recommended and installed quickly and neatly. Very satisfied.
