Honesty is the difference between the places that are just looking for a one time hit and companies like Larkin, that are looking to build long term relationships with their clients. I definitely will be calling Larkin and asking for Eli for any future repairs.
These guys are good. Very professional, warrantied their service, and gave receipt. Overall would definitely call them again!
Had a sewer pipe clog at 1130 at night on a Tuesday... Matt showed up in 20 mins and fixed EVERYTHING for way cheap! Fantastic dude and if i ever have (god forbid) to call a plumber again, i will call Larkin ;)
Appointment was quickly arranged. Very professional.
Kurt (S176) was sent to fix a blocked pipe after another Larkin employee was unable to unblock it. Kurt was confident he could fix the problem and he did. And it only took him 30 minutes. It took a load off my mind. Kurt is a true professional and knows his business.
Am quite happy with the service received and the 60 day warranty.
