I reviewed the inspection report after returning home as we didn’t discuss it at the dealership. I see that the air filter needs immediate attention. Had I known this while at the dealership I would have asked to have it replaced. I don’t have easy access to this car as our daughter drives it and she lives a distance from us and we don’t see her on a weekly basis. Changing it will have to wait. It’s not a big deal just an unnecessary inconvenience, everything else was good.
Mark was my service rep and did an excellent job keeping me informed of my car’s repairs. Repairs were done same day as my appointment.
Chris Dipiro was excellent to work with. My wife and I have purchased numerous cars and both walked out saying this was the easiest dealership we have worked with. The follow up from the entire staff has been amazing making sure that everything was perfect for our daughter.
Although a called a week in advance to advise I had a nail in my tire and Firestone said it could not be repaired and I would need a new tire, there was no tire in stock when I arrived for my appointment. Alex was kind enough to arrange for a Lyft but it was after 5:30 p.m. before I was able to pick up my car.
