Alex was very professional and had my 2022 Tucson serviced on 12/23/22 which was a very busy day. I would have definitely given the Service a 5 but there were big muddy footprints on my driver side floor mat. The service and car wash was excellent otherwise.
They are very nice. It is Christmas time with food and more relaxed than usual, I assume. I did not interfere with more than Dustin. He is good.
This is my 2nd car I bought from this dealership, and my 3rd from Larry H Miller..... My salesman today, Tyler Lugo, did an excellent job. First time buying a Hyundai. Staff was courteous and so helpful. Really listened to our needs and price range. Alex was awesome to deal with. Not pushy, very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had.
