Service Representatives are very courteous and efficient. Ashleigh has always helped me. That's why I'm giving you a 5star. Service itself leaves something to be desired. Would have expected your tech would be competent and courteous enough to elaborate on the fault on my head unit! Car hasn't even 100k miles. Rude to just quote 32k dollar estimate without better communication. Plan on having repair performed anywhere else. Oh. He forgot to clear or explain the orange 🔺 notice on my dash.
